System Engineer
Responsible for providing pre and post-sales Technical support and implementation on Technology Infrastructure Unit Service offering, i.e. Microsoft Core Infrastructure Solutions and Messenging, Microsoft and HP Software Solutions, System Configuration Documentation
Requirements:
Male or Female; not more than 35 years old
Graduate of BS Computer Science, Engineering or any 4-5 years IT related course
At least 2 years work background and experience on system administration using MS Technology (Active Directory, Exchange, and other Management Tools administration)
MS Certification is an advantage
Good oral and written communication skills

Customer Support Engineer
Responsible for hardware equipment installation, configuration, troubleshooting and repair, as well as software installation and configuration
Requirements:
Male or Female, not more than 35 years old
Graduate of Computer Engineering or any related Technical/Engineering course
With at least 1 year experience in system and support servicing & maintenance
With good oral and written communication skills

Desktop Technical Support
Requirements
Male, not more than 35 years old
Graduate of Computer Engineering or any related Computer Technical course
With at least 1 year experience as Desktop Support Engineer or IT Helpdesk
(Troubleshooting, Installation of Software, PC assembly, Configuration).
With good oral and written communication skills

Account Manager
Responsible for achieving annual sales quota through the sales of specified products, solutions and services; sales and account management
Requirements:
Male or Female, 22-30 years old
Graduate of any 4 year degree or course preferably Technical/Engineering, Information Technology of Business Course
With sales experience, preferably in selling IT products, solutions and services
Junior – 1 year sales experience
Senior – 2-3 year experience in IT sales
Excellent oral and written communication skills

Product Manager
Responsible in product performance monitoring, sales funnel management and handling of principal relationship, as well as directional focus for sales team relative to specific solutions offerings
Requirements:
Female, not more than 30 years old
Graduate of a four year degree course, preferably Marketing or Business Management
With at least 1 year experience in sales or product management, or related exposure in dealing with customers, clients and principals
With excellent oral and written communication skills

Sales Assistant
Responsible for clerical and administrative support to the Business Operations Group
Requirements:
Female, not more than 28 years old
Graduate of any four year course
Knowledgeable in MS Office applications
Preferably with at least 6 months experience in office work
