Specialized training refers to training that is customized for the requirements of the customers after an assessment of the present skills set of the target audience. In line with current outsourcing thrust of businesses, provides qualified, well-trained technical support staff to customers to obtain the prescribed level of IT service management.
The Service Contract is the result of prior scoping work required to understand the unique customer needs and specific computing environment to be able to configure both the correct number of technical staff, quality and competencies. The Technical staff are assigned on site while back-up support maybe provided as the need arises in handling peaks or surges in support activities. A key benefit to the customer is reduced cost of hiring, training and supervision of the technical staff.
