An Exclusive CIO Event

 First Datacorp brought together an exclusive group of 20 CIOs as they converged at the famed Ayala Museum last June 26, 2008. The event, tagged as “Gaining Strategic and Cost Advantages in IT Service Management” kicked off with a guided tour at the 3rd floor gallery where priceless masterpieces from the country’s pride Juan Luna, Fernando Amorsolo, and Zobel De Ayala were showed off to be appreciated.
Highlighting the event further is a treat for all the CIOs as Availi Corporation’s President, Mr. Carl Howard presented an overview in ITIL and IT Service Management and how aligning it in one’s businesses can be beneficial to overall operations. Mr. Howard has demonstrated all 10 years of his expertise in ITIL & IT Service Management much to the appreciation of the audience. It was then followed by HP Software’s Channels Manager for Asia Pacific Mr. Ang Beng Tat who presented HP Solutions , specifically in Business Technology Optimization , a perfect follow through to Mr. Howard’s discussion as he demonstrated HP’s capability to implement such solutions in an organization. The session was wrapped up by Technical Services Group Manager Mr. Noli Cura with FDC solutions & services placing an emphasis on HP Management Solutions as well as ITIL Consulting & Training Services.
