Full Circle in IT Service Management at Circles Cafe

July 24, 2008. An exclusive group of CIOs from selected companies converged for an intimate dinner at the Circles Events Café Makati Shangri-la Hotel. The event highlighted on ITIL/IT Service Management in an executive view facilitated by Mr. Carl Howard, President of Availi Corporation.

It was then followed by a presentation by Mr. Deo Co on Microsoft System Center, a suite of products and solutions that accommodate performance and availability monitoring, software updates and deployment, data storage and recovery, IT reporting, and problem, capacity, and operations management.

Wrapping up the forum is Technical Services Group Manager Mr. Noli Cura with FDC solutions and services stressing on ITIL Consulting and Training Services. A very light discussion over a sumptuous feast made the guests feel very comfortable and relaxed all throughout the evening.
