First Datacorp Joins the Microsoft CIO Summit
Now on its 8th year in the Philippines, the Microsoft CIO Summit was held last October 15-17, 2009 at Eagle Point Dive Resort, Bagalangit, Mabini, Batangas.
An exclusive by invitation only event, that gave the country’s most respected CIOs and Microsoft partners like First Datacorp as represented by Ms. Mary Anne I. Eser Jose, Business Systems Group Manager, an opportunity to share, connect and explore growth strategies enabled by technological and process innovation.
Drawing upon a great range of Microsoft resources, including the new Country General Manager of Microsoft Philippines, Mr. John Bessey, along with experts from Microsoft’s regional and global offices. The compelling agenda focused on the role of the CIO as business leader and game changer in the areas of efficiency, innovation and enabling business growth. The session also featured a panel discussion on the leadership agenda of some of the top CIOs in the Philippines today and had a sneak peek into the technology behind Exchange 2010, Windows 7 and the Optimized Desktop and Data Center. Finally, mPulse is updated and re-launched, the official MS User Group that works closely with the subsidiary to optimize member companies’ investments in Microsoft Software and obtain latest news and developments.
