First Datacorp offers ITIL V3 Operational Support and Analysis (OSA) Capability Course
As part of First Datacorp’s continuing efforts to continually educate and impart knowledge on IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL), we are pleased to announce that we will be holding the ITIL V3 Operational Support and Analysis (OSA) Capability Course on March 8th -12th, 2010.
Unlike ITIL V3 Foundation courses which are more available and frequently held, ITIL V3 OSA Capability courses are made available quite seldom and are not offered by most training centers. A logical next step to the ITIL V3 Foundation training, the ITIL V3 Operational Support and Analysis is part of the Capability Stream of the Intermediate Level courses available for ITIL practitioners.

The ITIL V3 OSA Course is recommended for individuals who require a deeper understanding of the following processes across the service lifecycle: Event Management, Incident Management, Request Fulfillment, Problem Management and Access Management and how they may be implemented to enhance the quality of IT service management within their organizations. It immerses participants in the practical aspects of the ITIL V3 Service Lifecycle and processes associated with the Operational Support and Analysis of services and service delivery.
Interactive lessons and lectures prepare participants for the optional exam: ITIL v3 Capability Module Operational Support & Analysis, bringing participants one step closer to obtaining the ITIL V3 Expert recognition.
We strongly encourage you to take this rare opportunity that will help you become one of the few ITIL V3 Certified practitioners in the country.
