View PositionThe Talent Lead is primarily responsible for designing and implementing strategies and programs aimed at attracting, developing and retaining talents critical to the success of FDC. He/She is an expert in setting-up multiple sourcing strategies including the use of modern sourcing platforms and techniques to effectively reach target pool of candidates in order to fill-up positions at the desired turnaround time. Delivers recruitment needs of FDC. Guides the work of Recruitment/MSU Specialist. Leads the initiatives to develop and retain critical talents.
Educational background:
University degree, Business course or Behavioral Science
Experience:
An HR professional with proven track record and deep experience in talent acquisition gained from medium-size to large organization (min5 years). Has been in-charge or has had direct exposure to designing and implementing multiple channel sourcing strategy. Direct experience or significant exposure to talent management (high potential identification, leadership calibration, etc.) and employee development (needs analysis, training, etc.) is a big plus.
