ITIL® Service Strategy (SS) is part of the ITIL® Intermediate Lifecycle stream, and one of the modules that leads to the ITIL® Expert Certificate in IT Service Management. Participants of this course will learn the principles, processes, as well as the technology and implementation considerations within the Service Strategy stage of the service lifecycle.

The ITIL® Service Strategy module focuses on the importance of the strategic aspect of services within the IT service lifecycle. It provides candidates the guidance that enables them to design, develop, and implement service provider strategy that aligns to the organizational strategy.

About the ITIL® 4 Foundation Examination

  • 8 multiple-choice, scenario-based, gradient-scored questions
  • 90-minute duration
  • 28 (out of 40) required marks to pass – 70%
  • Closed book, proctored examination

Prerequisites

Candidate has obtained the ITIL® Foundation certificate and completed an accredited course from an ITIL® Accredited Training Provider.
